How to forward multiple mails at a time

The joy of forwarding multiple emails at once!

Here are the steps to forward multiple emails at a time in various email clients:

Gmail

  1. Select the first email you want to forward by checking the box next to it.
  2. Hold down the Shift key and select the last email you want to forward.
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Forward" from the context menu.
  4. In the "To" field, enter the email address you want to forward the emails to.
  5. You can also add a subject line and a message if needed.
  6. Click the "Forward" button to send the selected emails.

Outlook

  1. Select the first email you want to forward by checking the box next to it.
  2. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the last email you want to forward.
  3. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Forward" from the context menu.
  4. In the "To" field, enter the email address you want to forward the emails to.
  5. You can also add a subject line and a message if needed.
  6. Click the "Forward" button to send the selected emails.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Select the first email you want to forward by checking the box next to it.
  2. Hold down the Shift key and select the last email you want to forward.
  3. Click the "Forward" button at the top of the page.
  4. In the "To" field, enter the email address you want to forward the emails to.
  5. You can also add a subject line and a message if needed.
  6. Click the "Forward" button to send the selected emails.

Other email clients

The process is similar in other email clients, such as AOL, Hotmail, and Mozilla Thunderbird. You can usually select multiple emails by checking the boxes next to them, then right-clicking and choosing "Forward" or using the "Forward" button at the top of the page.
