To receive your HDFC Bank credit card statement by mail, you can follow these steps:
Online Method:
- Log in to your HDFC Bank NetBanking account.
- Click on the "Credit Card" tab.
- Select the credit card for which you want to receive the statement.
- Click on "Statement" and then "Request Statement by Post".
- Confirm your request by clicking on "Submit".
Mobile Banking App:
- Download and install the HDFC Bank Mobile Banking app.
- Log in to the app using your NetBanking credentials.
- Tap on the "Credit Card" tab.
- Select the credit card for which you want to receive the statement.
- Tap on "Statement" and then "Request Statement by Post".
- Confirm your request by tapping on "Submit".
Phone Banking:
- Call HDFC Bank's Phone Banking service at 1800 425 4332 (toll-free) or 022-6652 5000 (for international calls).
- Follow the prompts to select your credit card and request a statement by post.
Branch Visit:
- Visit your nearest HDFC Bank branch.
