How to get hdfc bank credit card statement on mail

To receive your HDFC Bank credit card statement by mail, you can follow these steps:

Online Method:

  1. Log in to your HDFC Bank NetBanking account.
  2. Click on the "Credit Card" tab.
  3. Select the credit card for which you want to receive the statement.
  4. Click on "Statement" and then "Request Statement by Post".
  5. Confirm your request by clicking on "Submit".

Mobile Banking App:

  1. Download and install the HDFC Bank Mobile Banking app.
  2. Log in to the app using your NetBanking credentials.
  3. Tap on the "Credit Card" tab.
  4. Select the credit card for which you want to receive the statement.
  5. Tap on "Statement" and then "Request Statement by Post".
  6. Confirm your request by tapping on "Submit".

Phone Banking:

  1. Call HDFC Bank's Phone Banking service at 1800 425 4332 (toll-free) or 022-6652 5000 (for international calls).
