How to insert a logo in outlook mail
Inserting a logo in an Outlook email is a straightforward process. Here are the steps:
Method 1: Using the "Insert" tab
- Open your Outlook email and compose a new message or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Insert" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
- Click on the "Picture" button in the "Illustrations" group.
- Browse to the location where your logo is saved on your computer.
- Select the logo file (e.g.,.jpg,.png,.gif) and click "Insert".
- The logo will be inserted into your email as an image.
Method 2: Using the "Attach file" option
- Open your Outlook email and compose a new message or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Attach File" button in the "Message" tab.
