How to label mails in gmail

Labeling emails in Gmail is a great way to categorize and organize your messages. Here's how to do it:

Method 1: Using the Label button

  1. Open your Gmail inbox and select the email you want to label.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the email.
  3. Click on "Label" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Type in the name of the label you want to create or select an existing one from the list.
  5. Click "Apply" to apply the label to the selected email.

Method 2: Using the Labels tab

  1. Open your Gmail inbox and click on the "Labels" tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the "New label" button.
