How to mail multiple files in one folder

There are a few ways to mail multiple files in one folder, depending on the email client or service you're using. Here are a few methods:

Method 1: Zip the files and attach the zip file

  1. Select all the files you want to mail in one folder.
  2. Right-click on the selected files and choose "Send to" > "Compressed (zipped) folder" (or similar option).
  3. This will create a single zip file containing all the selected files.
  4. Attach the zip file to your email as you normally would.

Method 2: Use a file compression tool

  1. Download and install a file compression tool like WinZip, 7-Zip, or WinRAR.
  2. Select all the files you want to mail in one folder.
  3. Right-click on the selected files and choose "Add to archive" (or similar option).
  4. Choose the compression format (e.g., ZIP, RAR, etc.) and set the compression level.
  5. Save the compressed file to a location.
  6. Attach the compressed file to your email as you normally would.

Method 3: Use a cloud storage service

  1. Upload all the files you want to mail in one folder to a cloud storage service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive.
  2. Right-click on the folder and choose "Get link" or "Share" (depending on the service).
  3. Copy the link or share the folder with the recipient.
  4. In your email, attach the link or share the folder with the recipient.

Method 4: Use an email client's built-in feature

  1. Check if your email client has a built-in feature for attaching multiple files at once.
  2. For example, in Gmail, you can select multiple files and drag them to the email compose window.
  3. In Outlook, you can select multiple files and click the "Attach file" button to attach them all at once.

Remember to check the file size limits and attachment limits for your email service before sending large files or multiple files in one email.
