How to mark mail as spam in roundcube

To mark an email as spam in Roundcube, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Roundcube webmail account.
  2. Open the email you want to mark as spam.
  3. Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email window.
  4. Select "Mark as spam" from the dropdown menu.

Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "S" to mark an email as spam.

Once you've marked an email as spam, it will be moved to your spam folder and will not be displayed in your inbox. You can also use the "Spam" button in the toolbar at the top of the email window to mark an email as spam.

Note: The "Mark as spam" feature is only available if your email provider has enabled it. If you're not sure if your provider has enabled this feature, you can contact their support team to find out.

Also, you can also use the "Junk" button in the toolbar at the top of the email window to mark an email as junk/spam.

It's worth noting that marking an email as spam does not delete the email, it just moves it to the spam folder. If you want to delete the email, you can use the "Delete" button or the "Delete" key on your keyboard.
