How to mention follow up mails on outlook
In Outlook, you can mention follow-up emails by using the "Follow Up" feature. Here's how:
Method 1: Using the "Follow Up" button
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Follow Up" button in the ribbon (it looks like a clock).
- Choose the follow-up option you want:
- "Remind me" to send a reminder at a specific date and time.
- "Follow up" to schedule a follow-up email at a specific date and time.
- "Flag" to flag the email for follow-up.
- Set the reminder or follow-up date and time.
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
Method 2: Using the "Flag" feature
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Flag" button in the ribbon (it looks like a flag).
- Choose the flag color you want to use (e.g., red, yellow, green).
- Right-click on the flagged email and select "Follow up" to schedule a follow-up email at a specific date and time.
- Set the reminder or follow-up date and time.
