How to move mails to folder in outlook

There are several ways to move emails to a folder in Outlook:

Method 1: Drag and Drop

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the folder where you want to move the email.
  2. Select the email you want to move by checking the box next to it.
  3. Drag the selected email to the desired folder.
  4. Release the mouse button to drop the email into the folder.

Method 2: Right-Click and Move

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the folder where you want to move the email.
  2. Select the email you want to move by right-clicking on it.
  3. From the context menu, select "Move" or "Move to Folder".
  4. In the "Move Items" dialog box, select the folder you want to move the email to.
  5. Click "OK" to move the email.

Note: You can also use keyboard shortcuts to move emails to a folder. For example, you can press "Ctrl+Shift+V" to move an email to a folder.
