How to print mail from outlook
To print an email from Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Print a single email
- Open Outlook and navigate to the email you want to print.
- Click on the "Print" button in the top-right corner of the email window. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P (Windows) or Command+P (Mac).
- In the Print dialog box, select the printer you want to use and choose the print options you want (e.g., print in black and white, print only the body of the email, etc.).
