How to recall mail from outlook mobile app
To recall a sent email in the Outlook mobile app, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Recall This Message" feature
- Open the Outlook app and navigate to the "Sent" folder.
- Find the email you want to recall and swipe left on it.
- Tap "More" and then "Recall This Message".
- Select the reason for recalling the message (e.g., "The message was sent in error").
- Choose whether to delete the message from the recipient's inbox or leave it there.
- Tap "Recall" to send the recall request.
Method 2: Using the "Edit" feature
- Open the Outlook app and navigate to the "Sent" folder.
- Find the email you want to recall and swipe left on it.

- Make any necessary changes to the email.
