The frustration of accidentally deleting or losing important emails! Don't worry, I'm here to help you recover emails from the "Sent Mail" folder. Here are some steps to follow:

Method 1: Check your email provider's trash or deleted items folder

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Check the "Trash" or "Deleted Items" folder. If you find the email you're looking for, you can restore it by clicking on it and selecting "Restore" or "Undelete".
  3. If the email is no longer in the trash folder, move on to the next method.

Method 2: Use your email provider's search function

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Click on the search icon or press Ctrl + F (Windows) or Command + F (Mac).
  3. Type in keywords from the email subject, sender, or recipient to search for the email.
  4. If the email is found, you can open it and save it to a new folder or forward it to yourself.

Method 3: Check your email account's sent mail folder

  1. Log in to your email account.
  2. Click on the "Sent Mail" folder.
  3. Check if the email you're looking for is still in the sent mail folder. If it is, you can open it and save it to a new folder or forward it to yourself.

Method 4: Use a third-party email recovery tool

  1. Download and install an email recovery tool, such as Email Recovery Software or Recover My Emails.
  2. Follow the tool's instructions to scan your email account for deleted emails.
  3. The tool will search for deleted emails and display them in a list. You can then select the email you want to recover and save it to a new folder or forward it to yourself.

Method 5: Contact your email provider's support team

  1. If none of the above methods work, you can contact your email provider's support team and ask if they can recover the email for you.
  2. Provide them with as much information as possible about the email, such as the subject, sender, and recipient.
  3. They may be able to recover the email from their backup systems or databases.

Remember to always be cautious when using third-party email recovery tools, as they may not be compatible with your email provider or may pose security risks.
