How to recover trash mails from rediffmail trash

The frustration of accidentally deleting important emails!

Rediffmail allows you to recover deleted emails from the Trash folder for a limited period of time. Here's how to do it:

Method 1: Recover emails from Trash folder within 30 days

1. Log in to your Rediffmail account.
2. Click on the "Trash" folder in the left-hand menu.
3. Look for the email you want to recover. You can use the search function or scroll through the list of deleted emails.
4. Click on the email you want to recover.
5. Click on the "Restore" button at the top of the email page.
6. Confirm that you want to restore the email by clicking "OK" in the pop-up dialog box.

Method 2: Recover emails from Trash folder using the "Undelete" feature

1. Log in to your Rediffmail account.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Click on "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
4. Scroll down to the "Email Settings" section.
5. Click on the "Undelete" button.
6. Select the email you want to recover from the list of deleted emails.
7. Click "Restore" to recover the email.

Important notes:

• Rediffmail only keeps deleted emails in the Trash folder for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• You can only recover emails from the Trash folder, not from the "Deleted" folder.
• If you've emptied the Trash folder or deleted emails from it, they cannot be recovered.
