To register a mail ID in SBI (State Bank of India), you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Online Registration
- Log in to your SBI online banking account using your username and password.
- Click on the "Profile" or "My Accounts" tab.
- Click on "Email ID" or "Contact Information" and then click on "Add/Modify Email ID".
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it.
- Click on "Submit" to register your new email ID.
Method 2: Mobile Banking Registration
- Download and install the SBI Mobile Banking app on your smartphone.
- Launch the app and log in using your username and password.
- Click on "Profile" or "My Accounts" tab.
- Click on "Email ID" or "Contact Information" and then click on "Add/Modify Email ID".
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it by re-entering it.
- Click on "Submit" to register your new email ID.
Method 3: Branch Registration
- Visit your nearest SBI branch with your account number and a valid ID proof (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport).
- Ask the bank representative to register your email ID.
