How to remove focused and other sections mail

You're referring to the "Focused Inbox" feature in Microsoft Outlook!

The Focused Inbox is a feature that automatically separates your emails into two tabs: Focused and Other. The Focused tab contains emails that Outlook thinks are important or relevant to you, while the Other tab contains emails that Outlook thinks are less important or spammy.

If you want to remove the Focused Inbox feature and have all your emails appear in a single inbox, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Disable Focused Inbox

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner.
  2. Click on "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Focused Inbox".
  4. Toggle the switch next to "Focused Inbox" to the "Off" position.
  5. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Method 2: Remove Focused Inbox from the Navigation Pane

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Navigation Pane" (the left-hand side of the screen).
  2. Right-click on the "Focused" tab and select "Remove from Navigation Pane".
  3. Repeat the same steps for the "Other" tab.
  4. Click "OK" to confirm the removal.

Method 3: Use a Registry Hack (for Windows only)

  1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type "regedit" and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
  3. Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Focused Inbox
  4. Right-click on the "Focused Inbox" key and select "Delete".
  5. Close the Registry Editor and restart Outlook.

After removing the Focused Inbox feature, all your emails will appear in a single inbox. Note that this will also remove the ability to use the Focused Inbox feature, so you won't be able to use it to separate your emails into different tabs.
