How to remove the mail id from outlook

To remove an email address from Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Remove an email address from the Outlook account settings

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings (in Outlook 2010 and 2013) or File > Options > Add-ins (in Outlook 2016 and 2019).
  2. Click on Manage Accounts or Account Settings.
