How to remove the mail id from outlook
To remove an email address from Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Remove an email address from the Outlook account settings
- Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings (in Outlook 2010 and 2013) or File > Options > Add-ins (in Outlook 2016 and 2019).
- Click on Manage Accounts or Account Settings.
- Select the email account you want to remove the email address from.
- Click on Edit or Properties.
- In the Account Settings or Properties window, scroll down to the Email or Incoming Email section.
- Click on the Edit button next to Email or Incoming Email.
- Remove the email address you want to remove from the list.

After removing the email address, you may need to restart Outlook or sync your account to reflect the changes.
