How to save a composed mail as a draft
Saving a composed email as a draft can be a convenient way to come back to it later or to work on it further. Here are the steps to save a composed email as a draft in various email clients:
Gmail
- Compose your email as usual.
- Click on the "Save Draft" button at the bottom of the compose window.
- Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + D" (Windows) or "Cmd + Shift + D" (Mac) to save the draft.
Outlook
- Compose your email as usual.
- Click on the "Save" button in the "Quick Steps" section of the ribbon.
