Method 1: Using the "Send Later" feature

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send" immediately, click on the dropdown menu next to the "Send" button.
  4. Select "Send Later" from the menu.
  5. Choose a date and time from the calendar that appears.
  6. Click "Schedule" to schedule the email to be sent at the chosen time.

  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Hold down the "Option" (⌥) key while clicking on the "Send" button.
  4. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to "Delay Sending".
  5. Choose a delay time from the menu, which can range from 1 minute to 24 hours.
  6. Click "Send" to send the email at the chosen delay time.

Method 3: Using the "Rules" feature

  1. Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules.
  2. Click on the "+" button at the bottom of the window to create a new rule.
  3. Select "Move or Copy Message" from the rule type dropdown menu.
  4. Set the condition to "From" and select "Me" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Set the action to "Delay Sending" and choose a delay time from the menu.
  6. Click "OK" to save the rule.
  7. Compose your email as you normally would.
  8. Send the email as you normally would.
  9. The email will be delayed by the amount of time you specified in the rule.

Note: The "Send Later" and "Delay Sending" features are only available in Mac Mail version 12.2 and later. If you're using an earlier version of Mac Mail, you can use the "Rules" feature to achieve similar results.
