How to see mails sent from tally

In Tally, you can view the emails sent from Tally using the following steps:

Method 1: Using the "Email" option in Tally

  1. Go to the "Gateway of Tally" and select the company for which you want to view the emails.
  2. Press "Alt + E" to open the "Email" option.
  3. In the "Email" screen, select "View Sent Emails" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Tally will display a list of all the emails sent from the company.

Method 2: Using the "Audit Trail" option in Tally

  1. Go to the "Gateway of Tally" and select the company for which you want to view the emails.
  2. Press "Alt + F12" to open the "Audit Trail" option.
  3. In the "Audit Trail" screen, select "Email" from the "Transaction Type" drop-down menu.
  4. Tally will display a list of all the emails sent from the company, along with the date, time, and recipient details.

Method 3: Using the "Email Configuration" option in Tally

  1. Go to the "Gateway of Tally" and select the company for which you want to view the emails.
  2. Press "Alt + E" to open the "Email Configuration" option.
  3. In the "Email Configuration" screen, select "View Sent Emails" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Tally will display a list of all the emails sent from the company.

Note: The above methods will only work if you have configured email settings in Tally and have sent emails using the software.
