How to see sent mail read by receipent or not

Unfortunately, it's not possible to see whether a recipient has read your email or not, as email services don't provide this information by default. However, there are some workarounds and third-party tools that can help you track the status of your sent emails. Here are a few options:

  1. Read Receipts: Some email providers, like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo, offer read receipts. You can request a read receipt when sending an email, which will send a notification to your email account when the recipient opens the email. To request a read receipt in Gmail, go to Settings > General > Reading > Request read receipts.
  2. Delivery Reports: Many email providers offer delivery reports, which show whether an email was delivered to the recipient's inbox or not. You can usually find these reports in your email account's settings or by searching for "delivery reports" in your email provider's help section.
  3. Third-party Email Tracking Tools: There are many third-party email tracking tools available that can help you track the status of your sent emails. Some popular options include:
    • Mailtrack (Chrome extension): Tracks emails and sends notifications when they're opened or bounced.
    • Streak (Chrome extension): Tracks emails and provides insights on when they're opened, replied to, or deleted.
    • Yesware (Web app): Tracks emails and provides insights on when they're opened, replied to, or deleted.
    • Email Hunter (Web app): Tracks emails and provides insights on when they're opened, replied to, or deleted.
  4. Custom Solutions: If you're using a custom email solution or a custom-built email system, you may be able to implement custom tracking solutions using programming languages like JavaScript or server-side scripting languages like PHP.

Keep in mind that some email providers may not allow read receipts or delivery reports, and some recipients may not open or respond to your emails. Additionally, using third-party email tracking tools may not be compliant with your email provider's terms of service or may be considered spamming. Always check your email provider's policies before using any tracking tools.
