How to send doc google drive to another mail
There are a few ways to send a Google Drive document to another email address:
Method 1: Share the document via email
- Open the Google Drive document you want to share.
- Click on the "Share" button (represented by a person icon) in the top-right corner of the document.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to share the document with in the "Share with others" field.
- Choose the permission level you want to grant (e.g., "Editor", "Commenter", or "Viewer").
- Click "Send" to send the sharing invitation via email.
Method 2: Create a link and send it via email
- Open the Google Drive document you want to share.
- Click on the "Share" button (represented by a person icon) in the top-right corner of the document.
- Click on "Get link" and choose the permission level you want to grant.
- Copy the link by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the link and selecting "Copy link".
- Open your email client and compose a new email.
- Paste the link into the email body and send it to the recipient.
Method 3: Use Google Drive's "Send" feature
- Open the Google Drive document you want to share.
- Click on the "Send" button (represented by a paper airplane icon) in the top-right corner of the document.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to send the document to.
