How to view bcc in outlook receive mail

In Outlook, the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field is not visible by default when you receive an email. This is because the BCC field is intended to be private and not visible to the recipient. However, there are a few ways to view the BCC field in Outlook:

Method 1: Enable the "Show BCC" option

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" and then click on "Mail" in the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Compose" section and check the box next to "Show BCC field".
  4. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Now, when you receive an email, you should see the BCC field at the bottom of the email message.

Method 2: Use the "View" menu

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "View" menu.
  2. Click on "View Settings" (or "View Settings Group" in Outlook 2016 and later).
  3. Click on the "Other Settings" button.
  4. Scroll down to the "Hidden Fields" section and check the box next to "BCC".
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Now, when you receive an email, you should see the BCC field at the bottom of the email message.

Method 3: Use a third-party add-in

There are several third-party add-ins available that can help you view the BCC field in Outlook. One popular option is the "BCC Viewer" add-in, which can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store.

Important note: Keep in mind that viewing the BCC field may not always be possible, as some email clients or servers may not support or display the BCC field. Additionally, viewing the BCC field may be against the recipient's privacy policy or terms of service.
