iCloud Mail Aliases!

An iCloud Mail alias is an alternative email address that forwards emails to your primary iCloud email address. This feature allows you to:

  1. Create multiple email addresses: You can create multiple aliases for your primary iCloud email address, making it easier to manage different email accounts or projects.
  2. Forward emails: Emails sent to your alias will be forwarded to your primary iCloud email address, so you can access them in one place.
  3. Keep your primary email address private: By using an alias, you can keep your primary email address private and avoid sharing it with others.

Here's how to set up an iCloud Mail alias:

On your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap on [your name] > iCloud > Mail.
  3. Tap on "Add Alias" and enter the new email address you want to use as an alias.
  4. Tap "Next" and then "Save".

On your Mac:

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts.
  3. Select your iCloud account and click on the "Account Information" tab.
  4. Click on "Add Alias" and enter the new email address you want to use as an alias.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

On the web:

  1. Sign in to your iCloud account on the web.
  2. Click on "Mail" and then "Settings" (gear icon).
  3. Click on "Add Alias" and enter the new email address you want to use as an alias.
  4. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Once you've set up an alias, you can use it to receive emails, and they will be forwarded to your primary iCloud email address.

Remember to keep your aliases organized by creating separate folders or labels for each alias to help you manage your emails more efficiently.
