Iphone exchange mail

To set up Exchange email on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Scroll down and tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

Step 2: Add Account

• Tap on "Add Account" at the top right corner of the screen.
• Select "Exchange" from the list of account types.

Step 3: Enter Exchange Server Settings

• Enter the following information:
  • "Email" field: Your Exchange email address (e.g., [yourname]@yourcompany.com).
  • "Username" field: Your Exchange username (e.g., yourname).
  • "Password" field: Your Exchange password.
  • "Description" field: A name for your Exchange account (e.g., "Work Email").
• Tap "Next" at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Enter Exchange Server Settings (continued)

• Enter the following information:
  • "Server" field: The Exchange server name or URL (e.g., exchange.yourcompany.com).
  • "Domain" field: The Exchange domain (e.g., yourcompany.com).
  • "Account" field: Leave this field blank.
• Tap "Next" at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Verify Account Settings

• Verify that the account settings are correct and tap "Save" at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 6: Set Up Mail

• You will be prompted to set up your mail settings. Choose the following options:
  • "Mail" option: On.
  • "Contacts" option: On.
  • "Calendars" option: On.
  • "Reminders" option: On.
• Tap "Save" at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 7: Set Up Calendar

• You will be prompted to set up your calendar settings. Choose the following options:
  • "Calendar" option: On.
  • "Reminders" option: On.
• Tap "Save" at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 8: Set Up Contacts

• You will be prompted to set up your contacts settings. Choose the following options:
  • "Contacts" option: On.
• Tap "Save" at the top right corner of the screen.

That's it! Your iPhone should now be set up to use your Exchange email account. You can access your email, calendar, and contacts by going to the Mail, Calendar, and Contacts apps on your iPhone.
