Iphone exchange mail setup

To set up Exchange email on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings

  1. Tap on the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".

Step 2: Add Account

  1. Tap on "Add Account" at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Exchange" from the list of available account types.

Step 3: Enter Exchange Server Settings

  1. Enter the following information:
    • Email address: Your Exchange email address (e.g., [yourname]@yourcompany.com).
    • Domain: Your company's domain (e.g., yourcompany.com).
    • Username: Your Exchange username (e.g., yourname).
    • Password: Your Exchange password.
    • Description: A name for your account (e.g., "Work Email").
  2. Tap "Next" at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Verify Server Settings

  1. Your iPhone will attempt to verify the server settings. If everything is correct, you'll see a success message.
  2. If the verification fails, you may need to check your server settings with your IT administrator.

Step 5: Set Up Mail

  1. Tap "Save" to save your Exchange account settings.
  2. You'll be prompted to set up your mail settings. Choose the following options:
    • Mail: Enable "Mail" to set up your Exchange email account.
    • Contacts: Enable "Contacts" to sync your contacts with your Exchange account.
    • Calendars: Enable "Calendars" to sync your calendar with your Exchange account.
  3. Tap "Save" to save your mail settings.

Step 6: Verify Your Account

  1. Open the "Mail" app on your iPhone.
  2. You should see your Exchange email account listed.
