Iphone mail delete

To delete an email on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Swipe to Delete

1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
2. Find the email you want to delete and swipe your finger from left to right across the message.
3. A "Delete" button will appear. Tap on it to delete the email.

Method 2: Tap and Hold

1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
2. Find the email you want to delete and tap and hold on it until a menu appears.
3. Tap on "More" and then select "Delete" to delete the email.

Method 3: Using the Edit Button

1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
2. Find the email you want to delete and tap on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. A checkmark will appear next to each email. Tap on the checkmark next to the email you want to delete.
4. Tap on the "Delete" button at the bottom of the screen to delete the email.

Method 4: Using the Trash Button

1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
2. Find the email you want to delete and tap on the "Trash" button (represented by a trash can icon) at the top of the screen.
3. Confirm that you want to delete the email by tapping on "Delete" in the pop-up menu.

Note: When you delete an email on your iPhone, it will be moved to the "Trash" folder. If you want to permanently delete the email, you'll need to go to the "Trash" folder and delete it from there.
