Ismail Ferik Pasha was an Ottoman general and politician who lived in the 19th century. He was born in 1818 in Istanbul, Ottoman Empire (now Turkey) and died in 1889.

Ferik Pasha, as he was commonly known, was a prominent figure in the Ottoman military and politics. He served as the Grand Vizier (Prime Minister) of the Ottoman Empire from 1872 to 1873 and again from 1878 to 1879. Ferik Pasha was also known for his physical strength and athletic abilities. He was reportedly a skilled wrestler and weightlifter, earning him the nickname "Biceps" (Turkish: "Biceps" or "Kırmızı Biceps", meaning "Red Biceps"). This nickname was due to his impressive physique and his ability to lift heavy weights.
