Step 1: Configure Outlook to use JEC Webmail

  4. Choose "Internet Email" and click "Next".
  5. Enter the following settings:
    • Your Name: Your full name (e.g., John Doe)
    • Email Address: Your JEC Webmail address (e.g., [email protected])
    • Account Type: POP3 or IMAP (your preference)
    • Incoming Mail Server: mail.jec.edu
    • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.jec.edu
    • Username: Your JEC Webmail username (e.g., john.doe)
    • Password: Your JEC Webmail password
  6. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup.

Step 2: Configure JEC Webmail settings in Outlook
