The never-ending battle against junk mail! Outlook provides several options to help you manage and reduce unwanted emails. Here are some junk mail options in Outlook:

  2. Safe Senders List: Add the email addresses or domains of trusted senders to the Safe Senders List to ensure that their emails are not marked as junk.
  3. Blocked Senders List: Add the email addresses or domains of senders you want to block to prevent their emails from reaching your inbox.
  4. Spam and Junk Email Options: Go to File > Options > Mail > Spam and Junk Email to configure the junk email filter settings, such as the level of filtering, the number of days to keep junk emails, and the folder to move junk emails to.
  5. Mark as Junk: Right-click on an email and select "Mark as Junk" to move it to the Junk Email folder and help train the filter.
  6. Mark as Not Junk: Right-click on an email and select "Mark as Not Junk" to move it back to your inbox and help improve the filter's accuracy.
  7. Junk Email Reporting: Outlook allows you to report junk emails to Microsoft, which helps improve the filter's performance.
  8. Third-party Junk Mail Filters: You can also use third-party junk mail filters, such as SpamAssassin or SpamSieve, which integrate with Outlook to provide additional protection against spam.
