Here's a sample email to a helpdesk, written in a medieval style:
Subject: A Plea for Assistance from a Distressed Knight
Dear Helpdesk of [Company Name],
Hear ye, hear ye! I, Sir [Your Name], a gallant knight of the realm, do beseech thy aid in a matter of great import. My trusty steed, [Computer/Device Name], hath fallen into disrepair, and I fear my quest for knowledge and productivity shall be hindered thereby.
The issue at hand is [briefly describe the problem you're experiencing]. I have tried to vanquish this foe with my own devices, but alas, my efforts have been in vain. I require the expertise of thy noble helpdesk to guide me through the treacherous terrain of troubleshooting and, if need be, to conjure a solution to this vexing problem.
Pray, good sirs and madams of the helpdesk, hasten thy response, that I may once again ride forth into the digital realm, armed with the knowledge and tools necessary to complete my noble quest.
