Knology email server settings outlook
Here are the email server settings for Knology email accounts in Outlook:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
- Server: imap.knology.net
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your full email address (e.g., [yourname]@knology.net)
- Password: Your email account password
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
- Server: smtp.knology.net
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS
- Username: Your full email address (e.g., [yourname]@knology.net)

Additional Settings:
- Authentication: Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing servers.
- Leave a copy of messages on the server: You can choose to leave a copy of your emails on the server or delete them after downloading.

Steps to set up Knology email account in Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
