Knology email settings for outlook
Here are the email settings for Knology email accounts in Outlook:
Incoming Mail Server:
- Server name: mail.knology.com
- Port: 110 (POP3) or 993 (IMAP)
Outgoing Mail Server:
- Server name: mail.knology.com
- Port: 25 (SMTP) or 587 (SMTP-TLS)
Username and Password:
- Your Knology email address (e.g., [yourname]@knology.com)
- Your Knology email password
Additional Settings:
- Authentication: Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing servers.
- SSL/TLS: Enable SSL/TLS encryption for both incoming and outgoing servers.
- Authentication method: Use "Password" or "OAuth2" (if your account is set up for OAuth2).
IMAP Settings:
