To log in to your UVic email account, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the UVic website: www.uvic.ca
2. Click on the "My UVic" tab at the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on "Email" from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your UVic email address (in the format of [your-username]@mail.uvic.ca) and your password.
5. Click the "Log in" button to access your email account.

• Make sure you're using the correct username and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the login page.
