How to use the template:
- Create a new Excel spreadsheet and copy the template into it.
- Fill in the data for each recipient in the corresponding columns (Name, Address Line 1, etc.).
- In the Label Text column, use the formula
=A2&B2&C2&D2&E2&F2&G2&H2
to combine the data from each column into a single label text string. - Adjust the font, font size, and alignment to your liking.
- Print the labels using a label printer or a regular printer with label paper.
Tips:
- Make sure to adjust the column widths to fit the data.
- Use the "Wrap Text" feature to wrap long addresses to the next line.
- Use the "Merge Cells" feature to combine multiple cells into a single cell for the label text.
- You can also use a mail merge feature in Excel to create labels from a database or a CSV file.
