Meaning booked outlook email

When an email is "booked" in Outlook, it means that the email has been flagged or marked as "done" or "completed". This is often used to indicate that an action has been taken on the email, such as responding to it, or that the email has been dealt with and is no longer pending.

When you book an email in Outlook, it moves the email to a special folder called the "Done" folder, which is usually located in the "Favorites" section of the Outlook navigation pane. This allows you to easily keep track of the emails you've already dealt with and focus on new, unread emails.

Booking an email in Outlook can be done in a few ways:

  1. Right-click on the email and select "Mark as Done" or "Mark as Complete".
  2. Click on the "Flag" button in the toolbar and select "Done" or "Completed".
  3. Use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+D" to mark the email as done.

Once an email is booked, it will be moved to the "Done" folder and will no longer appear in your inbox or other folders. You can always move it back to a different folder if needed, or delete it if it's no longer relevant.
