Metrocast email access

MetroCast was a cable and internet service provider that operated in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Unfortunately, MetroCast was acquired by RCN in 2016 and subsequently rebranded as RCN.

As a result, MetroCast email access is no longer available. If you were a MetroCast customer, your email account was likely migrated to an RCN email account. Here are some steps you can take to access your RCN email account:

  1. Go to the RCN website: Visit the RCN website at www.rcn.com and click on the "My Account" tab.
  2. Log in to your account: Enter your RCN username and password to log in to your account.
  3. Access your email: Once you're logged in, you can access your email account by clicking on the "Email" tab.
  4. Check your email: You can check your email by clicking on the "Inbox" tab and viewing your messages.

If you're having trouble accessing your RCN email account, you can contact RCN's customer support team for assistance. They can help you reset your password, troubleshoot any issues you're experiencing, or answer any questions you may have.

It's worth noting that if you're a former MetroCast customer, you may still be able to access your old email account, but it's likely that it will no longer be active or supported.
