- Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing mail servers.

- If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Gmail account, you'll need to generate an App Password and use that instead of your regular password.
MRS (Microsoft Outlook) Settings:
- Account type: IMAP
- Server: imap.gmail.com
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Normal password
- Username: your Gmail address
- Password: your Gmail password (or App Password if using 2FA)
Outgoing Server:
- Server: smtp.gmail.com
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS

Note: If you're having trouble setting up your Gmail account in MRS, you can try enabling "Less secure app access" in your Google Account settings. This will allow MRS to access your Gmail account without requiring 2FA. However, be aware that enabling this setting may increase the risk of your account being compromised.
