Msn font settings for email

MSN Hotmail (now Outlook.com) allows you to customize the font settings for your emails. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the Font Settings Button

  1. Log in to your MSN Hotmail (Outlook.com) account.
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  3. Click on the "Font" button located in the toolbar above the message composition area.
  4. In the Font dialog box, you can adjust the following settings:
    • Font: Select from a range of font styles, including Arial, Calibri, Cambria, Comic Sans, Courier, Georgia, Helvetica, Lucida Console, Times New Roman, and more.
    • Font Size: Choose from a range of font sizes, including 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 points.
    • Font Color: Select a color for the font from a palette of options.
    • Background Color: Choose a color for the background of the text.
  5. Click "OK" to apply the font settings to your email.

Method 2: Using the Rich Text Editor

  1. Log in to your MSN Hotmail (Outlook.com) account.
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  3. Switch to the Rich Text Editor by clicking on the "Rich Text" button in the toolbar above the message composition area.
  4. In the Rich Text Editor, you can adjust the font settings using the formatting options in the toolbar. These options include:
    • Font: Select from a range of font styles using the "Font" dropdown menu.
    • Font Size: Adjust the font size using the "Font Size" dropdown menu.
    • Font Color: Select a color for the font using the "Font Color" button.
  5. Click "Apply" or "OK" to apply the font settings to your email.

Note that the font settings you apply will only be visible to the recipient if they have the same font installed on their device. If the recipient doesn't have the same font installed, the email client may substitute the font with a default font.
