Non forwardable email on outlook

In Outlook, you can prevent an email from being forwarded by setting the "Do not forward" or "Non-forwardable" flag on the email. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the "Do not forward" flag

  1. Open the email you want to prevent from being forwarded.
  2. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "More" button in the "Move" group.
  4. Select "Do not forward" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Click "OK" to apply the change.

Method 2: Using the "Non-forwardable" flag

  1. Open the email you want to prevent from being forwarded.
  2. Click on the "File" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on "Properties" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Properties" window, click on the "Security" tab.
  5. Check the box next to "Non-forwardable".
  6. Click "OK" to apply the change.

Once you've set the "Do not forward" or "Non-forwardable" flag on an email, it will be marked as such in the email's properties, and the recipient will not be able to forward the email.

Note that this flag only prevents the email from being forwarded, but it does not prevent the recipient from copying and pasting the email's contents or taking a screenshot of the email.
