Open hotmail account msn hotmail

A blast from the past!

Hotmail was one of the first free web-based email services, launched in 1996 by Sabeer Bhatia and Jack Smith. It was later acquired by Microsoft in 1997 and rebranded as Outlook.com in 2012.

To open a Hotmail account, you can follow these steps:

Note: Hotmail is no longer available for new sign-ups, but you can still create an Outlook.com account, which is the successor to Hotmail.

  1. Go to the Outlook.com website: www.outlook.com
  2. Click on the "Create account" button.
  3. Fill out the registration form with your desired username, password, and other details.
  4. Choose a username that is available and not already taken by someone else.
  5. Enter your first and last name, as well as your birthdate.
  6. Enter your country and region.
  7. Click on the "Create account" button.
  8. You will receive a verification email at the email address you specified. Click on the verification link to activate your account.

Note: If you're trying to access an existing Hotmail account, you can still do so by signing in with your Hotmail email address and password on the Outlook.com website.
