Outlook send email later

The convenience of scheduling emails in Outlook!

To send an email later in Outlook, you can use the "Delay Delivery" feature. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the "Delay Delivery" button

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click the "Send" button, but don't click "Send" yet.
  3. In the "Send" tab, click the "Delay Delivery" button.
  4. Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.
  6. Click "Send" to send the email at the scheduled time.

Method 2: Using the "Rules" feature

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click the "Rules" button in the "Home" tab.
  3. Click "Create Rule" and select "Move messages from 'To-Do' folder to 'Sent Items' folder".
  4. Click "Specify" and select the date and time you want the email to be sent.
  5. Click "OK" to save the rule.
  6. Move the email to the "To-Do" folder.

Method 3: Using the "Scheduling" feature

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click the "File" menu and select "Properties".
  3. In the "Properties" window, click the "Scheduling" tab.
  4. Select the date and time you want the email to be sent.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.
  6. Click "Send" to send the email at the scheduled time.

In all cases, the email will be sent at the scheduled time, even if you're not actively using your computer.
