Portugal mail mail login
The Portuguese postal service, CTT - Correios de Portugal, offers an online platform for customers to manage their mail and packages. Here's how to log in to your CTT account:
Step 1: Go to the CTT website
Open a web browser and navigate to the CTT website at www.ctt.pt.
Step 2: Click on "Login"
In the top right corner of the page, click on the "Login" button.
Step 3: Enter your credentials
Enter your username and password in the respective fields. If you're a new user, you'll need to create an account first.
Username:
- If you're a private customer, your username is usually your email address or a unique identifier provided by CTT.
- If you're a business customer, your username is usually your company's tax identification number (NIF) or a unique identifier provided by CTT.
Password:
- Enter your password in the corresponding field. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password" link.
Step 4: Authenticate
After entering your credentials, click on the "Login" button. You may be asked to authenticate your identity by entering a verification code sent to your registered email address or phone number.
Step 5: Access your account
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be redirected to your CTT account dashboard. From here, you can:
- Track your packages and mail
- Manage your account settings
- Pay bills and invoices
- Access your account history
