To pull back an email in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Undo Send" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Sent Items" folder.
  2. Find the email you want to pull back and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Undo Send" from the context menu.
  4. If the email has already been sent, you'll see a prompt asking if you're sure you want to undo the send. Click "Yes" to confirm.

Method 2: Using the "Recall This Message" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Sent Items" folder.
  2. Find the email you want to pull back and right-click on it.
  3. Select "Recall This Message" from the context menu.
  4. In the "Recall This Message" dialog box, select the option to "Delete unread copies of this message" and click "OK".

Method 3: Using the "Move to Folder" feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Sent Items" folder.
  2. Find the email you want to pull back and drag it to the "Drafts" folder.
  3. Alternatively, you can right-click on the email and select "Move to Folder" > "Drafts" to move it to the Drafts folder.

Note: The "Undo Send" feature is only available if you have enabled it in your Outlook settings. To do this, go to File > Options > Mail > Send and select the "Turn on Undo Send" checkbox.
