Method 1: Check Quarantined Emails in Outlook Web App

  1. Log in to your Outlook Web App account.
  2. Click on the "Junk Email" button in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Click on "Quarantined" to view the list of quarantined emails.
  4. Review the emails and decide whether to delete, allow, or block them.

Method 2: Check Quarantined Emails in Outlook Desktop Client

  1. Open your Outlook desktop client.
