To rebook a Royal Mail delivery, you can follow these steps:
Online:
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page.
- Enter your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to find your parcel.
- Click on the "Rebook" button next to the parcel you want to rebook.
- Select a new delivery date and time from the available options.
- Confirm the rebooking by clicking "Rebook parcel".
By Phone:
- Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
- Provide your tracking number or the recipient's postcode to the customer service representative.
- Ask to rebook the parcel to a new delivery date and time.
- The representative will guide you through the rebooking process.
In Person:
- Visit your local Royal Mail Delivery Office or Post Office.
- Take your parcel and the original delivery receipt with you.
- Inform the staff that you want to rebook the parcel to a new delivery date and time.
- They will assist you with the rebooking process.
Important:
- Rebooking a parcel may incur an additional fee, depending on the service you choose.
