Royal mail/cancel my redirection
To cancel a redirection with Royal Mail, you can follow these steps:
Online:
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com)
- Click on "Redirection" at the top of the page
- Log in to your Royal Mail account or create one if you don't have one
- Click on "Manage Redirection" and select the redirection you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Redirection" and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
By Phone:
- Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm)
- Tell the advisor that you want to cancel your redirection
- Provide your redirection reference number (if you have it)
- Confirm your cancellation
By Post:
- Write to Royal Mail at the following address: Royal Mail Redirection PO Box 179 Bristol BS99 7NA
- Include your redirection reference number (if you have it)
- Clearly state that you want to cancel your redirection
In Person:
- Visit your local Post Office
- Take your redirection reference number (if you have it)
- Inform the Post Office staff that you want to cancel your redirection
- They will assist you with the cancellation process
