The frustration of a missed delivery!

If your Royal Mail parcel has been missed and you're unable to collect it from the post office, you can request a redelivery. Here's how:

Online Redelivery

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your tracking number.
  3. Click on "Reschedule delivery" and select a new delivery date and time.
  4. Confirm your new delivery details.

Phone Redelivery

  1. Call Royal Mail's customer service team on 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
  2. Provide your tracking number and the reason for the missed delivery.
  3. Request a redelivery and provide a new delivery date and time.

In-Person Redelivery

  1. Take your parcel to your local post office and speak to a member of staff.
  2. Provide your tracking number and the reason for the missed delivery.
  3. Request a redelivery and provide a new delivery date and time.

Redelivery Options

  1. Standard Redelivery: Your parcel will be delivered on a specific date and time, which you can choose when requesting the redelivery.
