The frustration of a missed delivery!
If your Royal Mail parcel has been missed and you're unable to collect it from the post office, you can request a redelivery. Here's how:
Online Redelivery
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and sign in to your account.
- Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your tracking number.
- Click on "Reschedule delivery" and select a new delivery date and time.
- Confirm your new delivery details.
Phone Redelivery
- Call Royal Mail's customer service team on 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
- Provide your tracking number and the reason for the missed delivery.
- Request a redelivery and provide a new delivery date and time.
In-Person Redelivery
- Take your parcel to your local post office and speak to a member of staff.
- Provide your tracking number and the reason for the missed delivery.

Redelivery Options
Royal Mail offers several redelivery options:
- Standard Redelivery: Your parcel will be delivered on a specific date and time, which you can choose when requesting the redelivery.
- Saturday Redelivery: Your parcel will be delivered on a Saturday, for an additional fee.
- Morning Redelivery: Your parcel will be delivered between 9am and 1pm, for an additional fee.
- Afternoon Redelivery: Your parcel will be delivered between 1pm and 5pm, for an additional fee.
