Royal Mail's Track and Trace service allows you to track the progress of your mail and parcels in real-time. Here's how it works:

How to use Royal Mail Track and Trace:

  1. Visit the Royal Mail website: Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your tracking number: Enter your tracking number (also known as a barcode or consignment number) in the required field. You can find this number on your dispatch confirmation email or on the packaging of your item.
  3. Select the tracking option: Choose the tracking option that best suits your needs:
    • Track and Trace: Get updates on the status of your parcel, including the date and time of delivery.
    • Track and Sign: Get updates on the status of your parcel, including the date and time of delivery, and a signature from the recipient.
  4. View your tracking updates: Once you've entered your tracking number and selected your tracking option, you'll be able to view the latest updates on the status of your parcel.
