Prerequisites:

Step 1: Enable IMAP/POP3 in Sina Mail

  1. Log in to your Sina Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner and select "Settings" ().
  3. Scroll down to the "Account" section and click on "IMAP/POP3 Settings".
  4. Enable IMAP/POP3 by toggling the switch to the "On" position.
  5. Note down the IMAP and POP3 server settings, which should be:

IMAP Server: imap.sina.com IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Server: pop.sina.com POP3 Port: 110

Step 2: Set up Sina Mail in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
