A blast from the past!

Sympatico.ca was a popular email service provider in Canada, operated by Rogers Communications. It was launched in 1995 and was one of the first free web-based email services in Canada.

In 2011, Rogers Communications announced that it would be discontinuing the Sympatico.ca email service and replacing it with a new service called Rogers Email. Existing Sympatico.ca email addresses were migrated to the new service, and users were given the option to keep their existing email addresses or switch to a new one.

Today, the Sympatico.ca domain is no longer active, and users who had Sympatico.ca email addresses are now using Rogers Email or other email services. However, many people still remember their Sympatico.ca email addresses fondly, and some may still have access to their old accounts through archived or cached versions of the service.
