Triplicate email on outlook 2007
A blast from the past! Outlook 2007 is an older version of Microsoft Outlook, but I can still help you with tripling an email.
To triplicate an email in Outlook 2007, you can follow these steps:
- Open the email you want to triplicate in Outlook 2007.
- Click on the "Actions" button in the "Home" tab of the ribbon.
- Select "Forward" from the drop-down menu.
- In the "Forward" dialog box, click on the "To" button to add the recipients you want to send the email to.
- Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the email to, separated by semicolons (;).
- Click "OK" to add the recipients.
- In the "Forward" dialog box, click on the "CC" button to add the recipients you want to send a copy to.
- Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send a copy to, separated by semicolons (;).
- Click "OK" to add the recipients.
- Click "Send" to send the email to the recipients you specified.
Alternatively, you can also use the "Quick Steps" feature in Outlook 2007 to create a custom action to triplicate an email. To do this:
- Go to the "Home" tab of the ribbon.
- Click on the "Quick Steps" button.
- Click on "Create New Quick Step".
- In the "Create New Quick Step" dialog box, select "Forward" as the action.
- In the "Forward" dialog box, enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the email to, separated by semicolons (;).
- Click "OK" to create the quick step.
- To use the quick step, select the email you want to triplicate and click on the "Quick Steps" button.
- Select the quick step you created from the drop-down menu.
- Click "Send" to send the email to the recipients you specified.
